How long does it take from New Chitose Airport to Niseko?

Where will the driver meet me at the airport?
At the arrivals gate, holding a name sign with the name used for the booking — at the domestic terminal for domestic flights, and at the international terminal for international flights.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Our driver tracks your flight and waits up to 3 hours after the scheduled arrival time. If the delay is longer than 3 hours, the booking is cancelled automatically.
How much does a transfer cost?
Prices are per vehicle for a one-way trip and include tax: Taxi ¥44,000 (up to 4 passengers), Alphard ¥69,000 (up to 6) and Minivan ¥59,000 (up to 9). The price is the same for New Chitose Airport, Sapporo and Otaru, in either direction. A return journey counts as two trips.
Is there an extra charge early in the morning or late at night?
Yes. For pickups before 6:00 or at 19:30 or later — including flights arriving at 19:30 or later — we add ¥8,000 for a taxi, or ¥12,000 for a minivan or Alphard.
Which vehicle should I choose for my group and luggage?
A taxi takes up to 4 passengers (up to 2 with large luggage), the Alphard up to 6 (3–4 with large luggage) and the minivan up to 9 (7–8 with large luggage). Ski and snowboard bags need extra space. If you’re not sure, choose “Not sure” in the booking form and we’ll recommend a vehicle.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, free of charge. Under Japanese law, children under 6 must ride in a child seat, so please tell us the number and ages of children when booking.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free up to 14 days before the travel date, 50% of the fare within 14 days (more than 7 days before), and 100% within 7 days. Date changes follow the same rules.
