Prices are per vehicle for one one-way trip and include consumption tax. A return journey counts as two trips.

Booking
How to book
Online booking is coming soon. For now, email us with the details below and we’ll confirm availability.
Bookings open up to 60 days before the travel date. We recommend booking at least 1 week ahead — or at least 2 weeks ahead in high season.
Your booking is complete once we’ve confirmed availability and sent you a confirmation email with payment details.
Please include:
- Full name
- Date of travel
- Route and direction (e.g. New Chitose Airport → Niseko)
- Pickup time — or flight number and arrival time
- Pickup and drop-off addresses (hotel or property)
- Number of passengers
- Number and size of bags (including skis or snowboards)
- Preferred vehicle
- Grocery stop or other requests

Cancellation fees are based on the date of service (the booked transfer date).

Changing the date of your booking follows the same 14-day rule.
Terms & conditions
Advance booking: please book at least 1 week ahead, or at least 2 weeks ahead in high season, to avoid vehicles being fully booked.
Changes to the time, vehicle type or number of passengers must be requested in advance and are subject to availability, especially in peak season. The first change is free; each further change costs ¥8,000. Date changes follow our 14-day cancellation policy.
If you’d like to shop, eat, buy a SIM card or exchange money after landing, please tell us when booking so we can set a suitable pickup time.
Drivers cannot make unplanned stops or detours for shopping or other non-essential reasons unless agreed when booking.
Supermarket stops are available only if requested and confirmed when booking, at ¥8,000 per 30 minutes. Requests cannot be accepted during the ride.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
Flight delays: the driver will wait up to 3 hours after your scheduled arrival time. If the delay exceeds 3 hours, the booking is automatically cancelled. The same applies if a delayed connecting flight causes you to miss your flight.
If your group arrives on several flights, we pick everyone up at the last arriving flight. Separate pickups for each flight are not available.
Pickups may be delayed or cancelled due to weather, road conditions, traffic or road closures.
In Niseko, the first snow ploughing starts at 5:00, so service starts from 5:30. Earlier pickups may be possible depending on the forecast and route.
We cannot guarantee the specific vehicle model booked. If necessary, we will provide a vehicle of the same type or with a larger capacity.
